How to dress comfortably and still look good when you are mobility-challenged with a broken foot (displaced calcaneal fracture, to be exact). That was my dilemma. Any kind of pants just wouldnot cut it - too hard to pull over a cast with a huge splint. I had a few long tunic/mini dress type garments that were similar to this, BUT they werenot long enough in the back to keep from flashing m y butt when leaning over the knee scooter to get around (another recommenda tion, instead of crutches - youll thank me). This dress, however, was the pe rfect find. It fits well, the material has a nice feel, good coverage without b eing too hot and constricting (Though it is winter, this is South Florida), and the longer hem in back covers my butt nicely. Plus, it looks really great on, so I can still wear it once I am healed. I liked it so much, I bought a few mo re in different colors.
